Bring some food, Prayer Potions, whip, prayer boosting armor along with an skill cape if you have 1, as they give prayer bonus.
You can find Black Dragons at the Taverly Dungeon and at the Evil Chicken Liar, you might range them or use melee when fighting them, using magic on Black Dragons will not be that effective.
